What it is worth comparing against.

Not other software. The honest comparison is the cost of the calls nobody gets to, and the hours your reception team spends on questions anyone could answer.

Would it be covered by one booking a week that would otherwise have gone elsewhere?

By an afternoon a week back for the person on reception?

By calls answered through lunch, through the rush, and after you close?

Pricing questions

What counts as a minute?

Time spent on calls it answers. If nobody rings, nothing is used.

What happens if we use more than the allowance?

We will talk to you rather than surprise you. Tell us roughly what your call volume looks like and we will point you at the plan that fits.

Do the plans differ in what the product can do?

No. Every plan is the same product with the same capabilities. What changes is how many minutes are included.

Is there a charge per user?

No. Your whole team can see the calls without it costing more.

Do we pay for the phone number?

A number is included. Most businesses keep the number they already have and forward to it, which costs nothing extra.

Is there a contract?

Monthly. Tell us to stop and we stop at the end of the month.
