How it works
Most of the work is deciding what you want to happen.
There is no scripting and nothing to install. You describe your business, and it works from that.
- 01
Tell it about your business
What you do, where you are, when you are open, what you charge, the things people ring up and ask. Written in plain English, not configured.
- 02
Decide how common calls should go
Which questions it should answer outright, what details to take, and what should always reach a person instead.
- 03
Connect what it needs
A calendar if you want appointments booked on the call. Nothing else is required to start.
- 04
Point your calls at it
Keep the number your customers already have and forward to it. All calls, after hours, or only when nobody picks up.
- 05
It starts answering
From the first call it works from your information, takes proper details and arranges what needs arranging.
- 06
You stay in the loop
Every call written up, callbacks in front of the right person, and questions it could not answer waiting for you to answer once.
It gets better because you teach it.
When a caller asks something it cannot answer, it says so honestly and writes the question down. You answer it once, in your own words, and it uses that answer from then on.
Over a few weeks the questions stop coming back, because they have been answered.
Asked, and not answered
“Do you do emergency appointments?”
Asked 7 times in the last month
You write the answer once. The next caller who asks gets it.
An example, not a customer's.
Twenty minutes is enough to judge it.
We will walk through your calls and be straight with you about whether it fits.
